it clogged twice during my 5-day stay, even though I followed the rules about toilet paper. Super frustrating! Plus, the overall vibe of the place felt a little off too.

Liked how little and peaceful the property was. Its location was good, just next door to the train station, Silken, and the Ming Quan and Yuan Shan nearest MRT. Had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff were both very friendly and welcoming...

The location is super convenient, close to restaurants and within walking distance to the subway. The room was clean and pleasantly spacious, plus the fancy coffee machine and complimentary snacks in the lobby were a nice touch that made my mornings better!
My experience wasn’t all positive. There was no luggage rack in the room, which was kinda inconvenient. And let me tell you, the bathtub was a disaster waiting to happen! It was higher than the bathroom floor, and I almost wiped out getting out of it. Definitely not cool!

Peaceful hotel, the staff were all affable and amicable and the location was easy to all sights in Taipei. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a bathtub. Location: the venue was close enough to taxis in Taipei, the train station and the Ming Quan and Yuan Shan nearest MRT. Ate at Tsukiyoiwa, it's relatively close to the venue. The stay was such great.

I really enjoyed the value we got for our money, especially with the spacious room and comfortable amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel warm and cute despite the hotel's location being a bit off the beaten path.
The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.

I had a great stay with excellent value for my money; the room was spacious, clean, and comfy with a nice view. The location was convenient, close to local shops and transportation, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast menu could use more variety in its vegetarian options.

The staff were accommodating and attentive.
My experience was far from perfect. The lack of a luggage rack in my room was frustrating, emphasizing the absence of basic necessities. The bathtub design posed a safety hazard with its height, nearly causing an accident upon exiting. Not to mention, inconsistent noise from surrounding rooms turned my stay into a restless ordeal.

I really enjoyed my stay at Silken, especially the spacious room with a full bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location made it easy to explore local eateries and night markets. Although the walk to the nearest MRT was a bit long, the nearby bus stops were very convenient. Just a minor drawback was the occasional musty smell in the lobby.

Now listen here, I tell ya, this place had the coziest room with a great view and the folks at the front desk were as friendly as could be. The free snacks and coffee in the lobby were a real treat after a long day exploring. WiFi worked like a charm too, which I surely appreciated.
